I was going, but I just sold my ticket today. My friend was buying my ticket and then he wussed out and I needed money...so it's gone.

I wanted seats because Metallica mosh pits scare me.... but I waited too long to get my tickets and all they had was balcony seats or GA. So, of course I went with the GA. I'm going with my brother so I just hope he doesn't hurt anyone too seriously... :sick: It should be loads of fun though, I'm st0ked. :D

A ticket for Metal Licka, WAY TO MUCH F$CKING $$$$$$$$$$ for me I'd rather see Godsmack Headlining. Just my .02
They both rock! There are a bunch of us going, can't wait!

Yeah it was waaaaaay expensive. But ya just gotta make it worth it. :) At first I wasn't gonna go because of the cost, but then I found out my bro is flying in that day, and he's been a hardcore Metallica fan since the 80s, so I decided to give him a christmas present early. :) Plus I wanted to go anyway, I just have a good excuse for blowing that kinda money now. :P

After that whole napster thing i have been turned off to metalica. They just have no love for the fans and they sold out. I love Godsmack, and if they were headlining I would have gone.

I now have a better appreciation for Metallica after seeing them live, a great show and Godsmack as always kicks a$$!

Yeah, I went to bed 2 hours after getting home and my ears were still ringing. :D Moshing is a blast. For some reason a mosh pit as formed right next to me at all the concerts I've been to... which happens to be really nice cuz it's a blast. Nothing Else Matters was incredible.... Enter Sandman was really fun because everyone in the audience knew it and got into it. And No Leaf Clover is one of my favorite tallica songs anyway, but seeing it live was off the charts.
It rocked, godsmack was decent but metallica blew em away, my whole body is sore from moshing and getting between a couple somoans. ears ringing it was a succesful night. I got 2 picks one from hammet and one from Rob.

The concert was AWSOME!!!! Godsmack was great and the duel drumb thing was cool. Metallica was even better. They ae getting old but still had power to put on a 2+ hour show. I almost crapped my pants when they started the full metal jacket intro to One. And my ears finally stoped ringing this morning :D

That FMJ intro to One was so badass, those were some incredibly loud explosions, I had to cover my ears cuz it felt like my eardrums were going to shatter, you'd think 2 hours of 120 decibals would would get you used to it or something lol
